For information and requests to rent the Barn or Sara’s Place for your special event please fill out the following form with specific details about your event and we will get back to you.
Please keep in mind:
•We accept events up to 90 people.
•Typically we do not use a “charge per person” system. We charge a room fee and then everything else is ala carte: food, drink, entertainment, etc… This saves money and discourages waste.
•Outside alcohol is not allowed.
•Food is served buffet style. Typically, we encourage people to use our existing menu as the starting point for their party menu. We can modify the menu to fit your needs.
•We do consider requests to “buy out the space” and have outside caterers, etc….however the room fee will be significantly higher.
